Step 1

Share your idea

We start with a reference image or description and discuss rates for the design process ("digitization") and material costs.

Digitization ranges from $15-50 depending on complexity. Biggest factor is in amount of text and color shading.

Digitization is paid up-front.

Step 2

Testing and feedback

Once we have a plan in place, we get started immediately on taking the work from a concept to thread-on-fabric, with active previews and feedback sent to you as we test the design.

Step 3

Mailed to you

Once the design has been finalized, you can order as many of the patch as you need and we'll get them mailed to you.

Patches are $9.99 for 1 or 2 units, and $4.99 each for any order of 3+ patches. Bulk discount not applicable for puff applique or multi-panel patches.

Orders that fit in letter envelopes are shipped free domestically in the United States.
